Church, our region/world needs Jesus! We have so much work to do and their is no substitute for victory! I need you to be at church this Sunday for our 9:30 am and 11 am services. I will be preaching on Jehovah Nissi, “The Lord our Banner, The Lord our Victory.” We need to rally behind the banner of a Jesus Christ and engage our region! We need help, we need you to engage, we can’t do this alone! Please prioritize Sunday!!! Make sure you and your family are there!!!

This Sunday we are diving into one of the most beloved passages in all of the scriptures, Psalm 23, Jehovah Rohi, The Lord my Shepherd. Invest in the summer! 9:30 am and 11 am Sunday services. See you there! “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
It is with a heavy heart that we inform our congregation that Don Roy passed away this afternoon. Don is the husband of Carol Kluvers Roy and the father of Jared,Apryl, and Heather Roy. Don has been battling health issues for sometime but now is in the arms of the Jesus whom he loved! When we know information on funeral and viewing services, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please be praying for the family during this time.
This summer we are asking the question, “What’s in a name?” Specifically, we are examining the Jehovah names of God. In scripture, God is described with 8 names that draw our attention to who He is and how He loves us. Invest this summer in learning who God is, how much He loves you, and how we can trust Him.

One of the members of LifeWell’s management team, Lynn Ragsdale, is also the mayor of Webb City, Missouri. His town was hit by one of the tornados that landed in Missouri last night. Please say a prayer for Lynn and his city. He just confirmed that there were no casualties, but an area of his town got hit pretty hard.

Congratulations to our worship pastor Savannah Moore and her husband Spencer Moore. Ettalynn Celeste was born last night at 10:35 pm. She weighed 7 pounds 1 oz and measured 20.5 inches.
We have an incredible morning planned this Sunday for Mother’s Day. Chocolate fountains will be flowing in a kid free zone with all kinds of yummy goodies, we have a baptism scheduled, and I am extremely excited for LifeWell’s very own Ruth Grove-Maynard who will be delivering the Word in our service. Something as simple as a phone call has the possibility of changing someone’s eternity. What would LifeWell look like if everyone made a point to invite someone to church with them every week? More importantly, what would the kingdom look like? Let’s invest in making heaven crowded!
